About FitProTech

We didn't set out to build software.
We set out to fix our own problem.

FitProTech is the AI operating system for real estate — built by a software engineer who became a real estate investor and saw the gap firsthand.

The Origin

Software engineer first.
Real estate investor second. Founder because of both.

FitProTech started the way most useful products start: not in a boardroom, but on a bad day.

Our founder spent her career as a software engineer before getting into real estate investing in 2020. That order matters. She didn't come to PropTech as someone trying to learn software — she came as someone who already knew what enterprise-grade software should feel like, and watched the real estate industry get something else entirely.

Every PropTech tool she tried solved one slice of the problem and ignored the other ten. The investor portal didn't talk to the underwriting tool. The underwriting tool didn't connect to property management. And nothing was built with the AI capabilities that should have been table stakes by 2024.

So she built it.
The Suite

Three products. One operating system.
The full lifecycle.

One tagline ties it together: Build It. Fund It. Manage It.

Fund It

CapTraq.ai

Runs the capital raise. Multi-entity investing, AI-powered investor scoring, automated waterfalls, one-click distributions, K-1 matching, and white-label LP portals that look like your brand, not ours.

Manage It

PropTraq.ai

AI-first property management. Smart contractor matching, predictive maintenance, tenant self-service, and PorterAI — our concierge-grade assistant that handles ~80% of inbound requests.

Principles

What we believe — and design around.

01

Built with operators in the room.

Real estate has edge cases you only learn by losing money on them. We don't bolt operator input on as an afterthought.

02

AI should disappear into the work.

The best AI is the AI you stop noticing. PorterAI doesn't announce itself — it just routes the right work to the right people.

03

Your data should train your AI.

Generic AI gives generic answers. Upload your historical deals and your investment thesis becomes the model.

04

Sponsors own the investor relationship.

Marketplaces own theirs. We build the opposite — software that makes you the brand your LPs see.

05

Enterprise-grade security or it isn't real.

Sponsors manage tens of millions in assets. "We take security seriously" isn't a security posture.

Infrastructure

Built on enterprise infrastructure

FitProTech runs on Microsoft's enterprise stack — Azure, Dataverse, Entra ID, Power Platform, Azure Communication Services. Every product in the Suite shares the same security model, identity layer, and compliance posture.

Our AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude — the model class that's set the bar for safety, reasoning, and reliability in production. From PorterAI's tenant conversations to DevTraq's deal analysis, every AI feature runs on infrastructure institutional buyers expect.

We're early. That's the point.

FitProTech entered beta in April 2026. We're working with a select group of sponsors, developers, and operators to refine the products before broader launch.

Sponsor, GP, syndicator, developer, or operator who wants the platform we wished we'd had? Let's talk.
